since 2003, former President of the (2016–2019), and a for eight years until 2026, I have also served as a since 2025. The question of how to has been a central theme throughout my career.in this intellectual journey, prompting deep personal reflection on the needed to effectively share knowledge.

As an avid fan of online MOOCs, I’ve noticed that those dedicated to architecture are few and far between. Most focus on highly specialized topics, leaving little room for broader exploration.
ARCHImooc was born from this observation—and from the need to create a platform for my Spatial Design students. I wanted to give them more: better content, modern tools, and the flexibility to learn at their own pace.
The name “MOOC” (Massive Open Online Course) naturally fits, making the platform instantly recognizable and aligned with its mission: open, accessible, and comprehensive architecture education.
Harnessing digital tools to serve knowledge sharing and collaboration.
INSTITUTIONS
This was the starting point of the journey that led to the creation of ARCHImooc. It stemmed from a desire to take my students further—and higher, I hope—by providing them with structured, organized content and the opportunity to practice in a fun and adaptable way.
This section is exclusively for students enrolled in my institutional courses. It allows them to continue engaging with the knowledge they need to acquire even after the course ends.
GENERAL PUBLIC
Having served as a member—and later as President—of the Maison de l’Architecture Occitanie Méditerranée, I am deeply convinced that architecture must be shared to benefit as many people as possible. It was only natural, then, that a portion of this site, with its wealth of knowledge, should be accessible to everyone.
Through careful attention to public expectations, select courses are available here to make architecture more transparent, empowering everyone to understand, embrace, and advocate for it.
PROFESSIONALS
A section of the site is dedicated to professionals and enthusiasts who want to undertake concrete projects and require advanced expertise in specific areas. The goal here is to provide an approach closer to professional practice.
The courses are organized by tasks, giving you the essential knowledge and tools to plan or develop a personal project as comprehensively as possible.

KNOWLEDGE
Architectural knowledge merges theory, technique, and creativity—rooted in history, science, and craftsmanship. It evolves through study, practice, and collaboration, blending structural logic, aesthetic vision, and cultural context. Essential for innovation, it transforms ideas into built reality. At its best, it’s shared, adaptive, and purposeful, empowering designers to create spaces that inspire, endure, and respond to human needs.
SKILLS
Skills in architecture is the practical mastery of tools, techniques, and processes—from sketching to digital fabrication, structural analysis to construction. It turns concepts into reality through precision, experimentation, and problem-solving. More than skill, it’s the hands-on intelligence that refines ideas into buildable, functional, and inspiring forms, bridging creativity and craftsmanship in every project.
ATTITUDE
Attitude in architecture is the mindset and ethos that shape practice: curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration. It’s about listening, questioning, and engaging with clients, teams, and contexts. Beyond technical skill, it fosters responsibility, creativity, and resilience, ensuring designs are not just functional but also meaningful, ethical, and human-centered.
